Glory to God...

and may your day be filled with joy!
 
Happy Day - it's Friday and my day to share for Digi Haven
Our new fortnight challenge - Wreaths and/or Ornaments starts today.

For my card, I used an image I found at Homeberries,
This site is filled with embroidery patterns, but they work great for cards too!
I really like the rustic, folk art feel to this image.
The ribbons around the star reminded me of a wreath, so that is what it is for this card.
I ended up making a long card, which I love to make and do often
And I used non-traditional colors for Christmas too.

The striped paper, scrap from my stash.
Colored the image with Copic markers, B00, B02, G00, G02, C-1
Finishing touches:  added pink ribbon, bow and adhesive pearls in blue and pink

      Thanks Sandy, I tried a Yellow star first and just didn't like it. Switched to blue and liked the way it came out and matched great with my papers.
