A Season of Splendor...

Today brings another share for our new fortnight challenge at Digi Haven

Our theme for this challenge Red and Green
Here's my card...
For my card I chose to use Kraft as my neutral and some scrap pattern papers in my stash
I printed the holly image found HERE on kraft cardstock for my first layer on top on the green card
I then printed image onto a piece of green scrap paper
Next I colored around the outlines with Copic YG63 and cut the leaves out
For the berries, I printed it one more time on a piece of deep red pattern paper and cut them out
These cut pieces, leaves and berries were paper pieced on top of the image printed on kraft
I used vineyard berry ink for my sentiment - really old Close to My Heart stamp
I added some gold metallic lines around the image swirls
Banner and Scalloped edge with adhesive pearls finish this card
I invite you to check out the blog for the other Design Team members cards
There is a lot of inspiring ideas to see and I hope you will join us
Our sponsor this challenge is My Grafico

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a fabulous weekend
