I am using Balloon Leah found in People Digi's tab of the SHOP
Here's my card...
I started with a yellow cardstock A2 base, layered with blue pattern paper and added a strip of Birthday sentiment patterned paper from a 6' x 6' pad by Doodlebug Designs called "Hip Hip Hooray"
The image is colored with my Copic markers in the following colors: B23, B24, B32, B60, E00, E02, E11, E18, E33, E53, R22, R27, R29, Y17, Y35, YR31
To finish the card I added a zigzag edge tag with a sentiment stamped in black ink, and 3 silver dots for a little sparkle
