Happy Halloween...

I have a fun little Halloween card to share today for Kitty Bee Designs

I am using Halloween Mr. Bitty, make sure to checkout the Etsy Shop for all the images

My card starts with a white cardstock A2 base, layered with lavender and orange patterned paper.  I cut a circle and tree from my Cricut to give it a scary Halloween look.

I colored the image in the following Copic markers:  BV00, BV02, BV04, Y00, Y02, Y06, Y08, YR000, YR02, YR04, YR07 and then fussy cut around the image.  This was layered on top of all the papers.

To finish the card, a Happy Halloween sentiment and some Black, Green and Orange adhesive candies.

For My Friend...

My sharing today is for my September Spotlight for Kitty Bee Designs

My card is featuring this cute little Kitty called Sewing Kit

Here's my card and I really love the way it came out

I made a 5" x 5" cream colored card base and added a layer of teal paper with 4 coordinating pattern paper squares to make it look like a quilt

The image was colored using my Copic markers: BG23, BG34, C-1, C-3, E11, E31, E35, R22, R27, YR3

My finishing touches for the card:   I shopped in my stash and found some really fun embellishments that worked perfect for this card. Fun image and Fun to color

Fun in the Sun...

Sharing my DT Spotlight card for Kitty Bee Designs today

I am using Ready for the beach penguin

He is adorable with his little snorkel mask and beach toys

I decided to create a little scene for my card this month and fussy cut the images

After coloring the image with Copic markers, I fussy cut the images.  I then cut a circle out of the center of my card, added some sky blue patterned paper to the inside, which created a nice sky in the center and a bottom border.  I finished with a Cricut cut sun and a FUN in the SUN sentiment, then added sequins to make it sparkle.

I used the following Copic markers:  B000, B00, B02, B05, C-0, C-1, C-3, R22, R27, R29, Y02, Y06, Y08, YR02, YR04, YR07

Fly a Kite...

My share today is for my DT SPOTLIGHT card over at Kitty Bee Designs

This month I am using this image called Kite Fun-Panda

I decided to make a simple card using bright colors and Washi tape

Here's my card...

Started with a sky blue A2 card base, rounded the corners and layered with white

My image was printed and cut out using a circle die

I colored the image using Copic markers:

BG000, BG01, BV00, BV02, C-0, C-1, C-3, RV10, RV13, Y02, Y08

Added to the background 3 coordinating strips of Washi tape

Finished the card with lavender sequins and sentiment

Hello Friend

My share this evening is for my DT SPOTLIGHT card over at Kitty Bee Designs

I was so late posting, yikes, this week certainly has gotten away from me!

Better late than never

I created a little scene this month using this cute image called In the Garden - Kitty

Here's my card...

A2 white card base layered with blue diamond patterned paper and using a grass die

Patterned paper by Doodlebug Design 6" x 6" pad - Sunkissed

Copic markers used:  B00, B02, E00, E11, R22, R27, R29,Y08, Y17, Blender

The images were fussy cut and mounted to the grass hill

Finished with a Hello Friend sentiment and red adhesive rhinestones

Simple and sweet...Reminds me of my mom, she loved to spend time In the Garden!

U ROCK!...

Here today sharing my April Design Team SPOTLIGHT card for Kitty Bee Design's

I am using this cute Baseball Pup for my card, perfect for a birthday boy

My card base is standard A2 using sky blue cardstock

My pattern paper is from Simple Stories 6" x 6" pad called "So Rad".  I love using this paper for boy/men cards

I colored the image using the following Copic markers: B00, B02, B05, C-1, E21, E31, E33, YR02, YR04, YR07

I cut the image out and mounted on top of a light blue circle cut from my Spellbinders dies

I cut out one of the sentiments from the paper pad and then added glitter dots to finish the card

Oh Happy Day...

 

A Baby is on the Way!

 

I love this sentiment, as it can be used for either a boy or a girl

 

Here's my monthly SPOTLIGHT post, as a Design Team member for Kitty Bee Designs

 

I made a little Baby Boy card, using Gello Giraffe Toy image

 

FUN image and perfect for a boy - right?

 

I decided to use primary colors - they are so bright and cheery!

 

My card base is a yellow A2 card with the fold at the top, along the 4.25" edge.  I layered with paper scraps from my stash, working with primary colors - Blue, Yellow and Red

 

The image was colored using the following Copic markers:  Blender, B00, B02, E22, E27, E35, E53, Y08, Y11, Y15

 

Finishing touches for this card includes a sentiment, red brads and yellow tabs.  Quick and easy!

Lucky me...

Here's my monthly Kitty Bee Spotlight card using this cute "Hip Hop" Frog

Makes me SMILE! Which is a great way to start your day

My card is a standard A2 Kraft colored base.  I layered with pink and green gingham paper.

I used the following Copics markers:  R22, R27, R29, RV000, RV21, RV23, YG00, YG06, YG09.  I then cut the image out with a circle die and layered on top. 

The card was finished by adding a sentiment banner using a stamp called Lucky Me by Impress,  a local stamp store. Green button, tied with jute bow and black pearls.

Bee Mine

Good morning...today I am posting my first SPOTLIGHT post as a Design Team member for Kitty Bee Designs

Here's my card, using this cute little Bee and sentiment from the Bumble Bee set #1 - Adorable!

I colored the image using, the following Copic markers:  Blender, B00, C-1, C-3, C-5, Y08, Y15, Y17

I did a little paper piecing on the bee, cutting out the top of the head and the body to give it a dimensional look. 

My card is standard A2 card, cut lengthwise, 11" x 4.25" with the fold along the top of  the 4.25" side.  I layered with black & pink heart patterned paper from a 6" x 6" pad from American Crafts called XOXO

I added a strip of black cardstock and framed the Bee behind the Postage Stamp die.  The sentiment was added to the Banner die and tucked underneath the frame.  Both dies from My Favorite Things.

To finish the card, I added hearts in coordinator shades of pink, using a Memory Box die set, called Stitched Heart Layers.  This was a FUN card and this little Bee makes me SMILE!
